 Board of Advisors 
ACAGI has assembled a team of strategic advisors that meets with the Management Team quarterly to discuss ACAGI's progress and strategy moving forward. These advisors have provided valuable input to the Management Team and are expected to continue to provide counsel throughout ACAGI's existence.

 
Joseph E. diGenova, Esq., Founding Partner, diGenova & Toensing

Mr. diGenova represents individuals, corporations and other entities in criminal, civil, administrative, and investigative matters. In December 1992 he was appointed Independent Counsel in the Clinton Passport File Search matter. In 1997, he was named Special Counsel by the U.S. House of Representatives to probe the election of Ron Carey as President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. From 1983 to 1988, Mr. diGenova was United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. Mr. diGenova is providing advice and guidance in the field of corporate structure and governance.

 

Jill Stelfox, CEO, Defywire

As the CEO of a high-growth mobile software company based in Herndon, Virginia, Ms. Stelfox has enabled this A-round company to secure eight important customers (including three Fortune 200 companies) and seven million dollars in funding in its first full year of operation. Before founding Defywire, Jill served as chief financial officer and director of mobile and wireless at Noblestar Systems from 1997 through 2001. Jill also led the successful effort to obtain venture capital for the spin-off company, Riverbed Technologies, a developer of mobile and wireless synchronization products. Later, she managed the sale of Riverbed to Aether Systems for nearly $1 billion, with a 3000 percent return for her investors in just eighteen months. Jill spearheaded the expansion of Noblestar's European presence through the acquisition of the Swedish company, Roaming Factory, and played a critical role in the divestiture of Noblestar Federal Systems to SI Consulting (now SI International). Jill also spent six years with Deloitte & Touche as a CPA providing audit, tax, and advisory services to privately held, fast growing, and turn-around companies. Ms. Stelfox is assisting ACAGI in developing and refining its venture-investment strategies.

 
Russell Hodge, President, 3 Roads Communications

Mr. Hodge is an Emmy Award-winning producer with more than two decades experience in news, public affairs and documentary production and programming. His credits include projects for HBO, PBS, NBC, CNBC, CBS, Fox and Comedy Central. He is best known for launching and producing some of television's the most innovative and successful news discussion shows including, Fox News Sunday, and Off the Record for Fox, Politically Incorrect for Comedy Central, The McLaughlin Group for CNBC, Legends of Airpower for Public Television and Discovery Networks, and Frontiers of Medicine, Celebrate Freedom, Unspoiled Planet and For the Love of Their Brother. Mr. Hodge provides input to ACAGI from the end-user perspective.

 
Sidney Bostian, Senior Vice President, Bowman Financial Company

Mr. Bostian has had more than 25 years' experience in financial management, both from individual and investor perspectives. Among other positions, Mr. Bostian has served as President and CEO of 5Star Bank, Executive Vice President of InterBank funding corporation, Chairman and CEO of Investors Savings Bank, Managing Director of Security Pacific Merchant Bank, and Senior Vice President of E.F. Hutton Mortgage. He holds a BA and Master's degree in economics, and has completed his PhD studies in economics, all at North Carolina State University. Mr. Bostian is helping ACAGI with financial projections and funding.

 

Perry Feldman, President, PF Consulting, Inc.

Mr. Feldman has more than 30 years experience in deploying and fielding military Command, Control & Communications Systems.  In Strategic Air Command, he served as the Director of the C3 Staff.  After joining SAIC in 1989, he served in a variety of management positions including as the Deputy Group Manager and Corporate Vice President for Corporate Development for the Information Technology Solutions Group. He joined McDonald Bradley, Inc. in 2004, and served as the Director of Business Development for the DHS/DOJ/DEA/FBI accounts. At Nortel Government Solutions he was the Director of DOD Accounts from Jan 2006, until he departed to establish PF Consulting, in April 2007. He is a retired Air Force Colonel.
